I just downloaded the last stable version (BETA from april) and compiled,
and I get this:
Content\StaticMesh.x : error : Cannot find content processor "VertexProcessor".
Done building project "Content.contentproj" — FAILED.
So, I tried the easy solution to just remove it from the project and recompile, and I get this:
Building terrain.bmp -> C:\Work\xna\JigLibX BETA\JigLibGame\bin\x86\Debug\Content\terrain.xnb
Content\terrain.bmp : error : Cannot find content processor "TerrainProcessor".
Doing the same thing, the game works, but with no terrain of course.
But, I want to get this to work..
I'm very new with c# and the framework, so I am sorry if it is a newbie thing that is easy to solve.
When I click the included terrain.bmp in the Content tree in the solution tree, I can see that "TerrainProcessor" is choosen
as "content processor" for this file. Problem is that this type doesn't seem to be recognized as a valib content processor anymore -
it is just the name that is there.
Heightmap-processor is included among the references, so I would imagine that maybe it was renamed to this?
Anyway, the HeightmapProcessor is imported as a reference, but I still can't select "HeightmapProcessor" as a content processor!
Only XNA framework stuff is viewable in the "content processor" list for each imported item, like "Model XNA framework" and such.
Can I add the imported DLLs to this list somehow?
I'm using visual studio 2008 and XNA 3.0, and the project was updated when I opened the SLN file, so maybe that is the problem,
but this should be fixable anyway.
Thanks for any help!
