Happened to find this by accident. Instead of setting the lower bound to the class member timescale, it is accidently applied to the parameter timescale.
Change
public void Initialise(Body body0, Vector3 body0Pos, Body body1, Vector3 body1Pos, float allowedDistance, float timescale)
{
/* ... */
if (timescale < JiggleMath.Epsilon)
timescale = JiggleMath.Epsilon;
/* ... */
}to
public void Initialise(Body body0, Vector3 body0Pos, Body body1, Vector3 body1Pos, float allowedDistance, float timescale)
{
/* ... */
if (this.timescale < JiggleMath.Epsilon)
this.timescale = JiggleMath.Epsilon;
/* ... */
}or rename the parameter, both should deal with the problem.
