I am new to game development and wandered into Microsoft Game Studio XNA 4.0 as of recent. I really like the program and enjoy the complexity of game development in general.
Anyways, I have been playing with XNA on & off for the past 2 months and have only been able to insert models all in the same position and move the camera around a lookAt position. If I could break free of these two shackles, I know I'd be free to reach the next set :) hehe.
Then I ran into JigLibX while doing research and KaBoom!! This program is free?! Many thanks and madd respect to the developers & others behind JigLibX. I plan to spend the next few months learning how this program works and eventually trying to making a small game engine such as JigLibX with different models, events, etc. I plan to also post commented source code with a tutorial on my program.
First of many JigLibX questions.. Here goes..
Q: What happens to the car when it falls off the cliff? Is it:
(1) Disposed of at certain position?
(2) Keeps spinning infinitely once at certain depth?
(3) Keeps dropping infinitely (thus sooner or later crashing the game)?
