I am having an issue with my ragdolls. I have made my own capsules, and box models to replace the ones from the demo. All in all everything is the same. Registration points are in the center of each model, same size etc. I add each model to the world…and basically create a t-pose for my ragdoll, then add the joints/constraints in the exact same way as the demo. When my ragdoll is activated his behavior is completely random every time. Once in a while he will just fall to the floor, but every other time he will go flying off in some direction rotating out of control until coming to a stop. The code has no special logic at all…simply creates the ragdoll, and calls MoveTorso to set him at a location after hes created and registered. Its almost like each of his parts has its own velocity flying in different directions, and then ultimately is brought back together by the contstraints. When the ragdoll comes to rest, his constraints are fine, all the parts are attached in the correct position, and behave exactly as the demo. Whats strange is, the code is always the same, but the result is always different. I have the debug drawer on, and see all the physics bodies in the correct size and shape around the models. Does anybody else have this issue? What could I be doing wrong?
