i have i box inside a complex geometry terrain(so a trianglemesh is used). the box is meant to move arroud the terrain. i've managed to do that(via controllers, with impulses). i have another problem now. the box is meant to just slide arond on the ground. but insted is starts flipping around. i figured out i have to somehow restrain it to its "standing position"(it's shaped something like cereal box). but i just don't know how. i tired making a controler. and then put something like this in the update part:
i does something, because if i remove the minus my box just starts spinning out of control. but it doesn't seem to restrain it to the standing positin. it stil flips over.
my next thought were constraints. but i really couldn't figure those out.
so, could someone please give me some tips or at least explain hot the constraints work… or just tell me if i'm on the right path…
