Using a scene designer, i lay out boxes (using a modified 'BoxActor' class), but if the box is scaled and then rotated, the collision seems to not detect right. Also, lots of screen shots and a video of the Physics Library in action!

In PhysicsSystem.cs, in the HandleAllConstraints() method, bool gotOne is set to true, but should be set to false.
